About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our school team in Blackpool. You will play a key role in ensuring the school is clean, safe, and ready for pupils and staff each day.
Hours: Morning shift (6:00am–9:00am) and/or Afternoon shift (3:00pm–6:00pm), Monday–Friday (flexible).
Key Responsibilities:
• Cleaning classrooms, corridors, toilets, and shared spaces
• Emptying bins and replenishing supplies
• Following cleaning schedules and health & safety procedures
• Reporting any maintenance or safety issues
Requirements:
• Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and team player
Compliance & Safeguarding:
This role requires an Enhanced DBS check and a valid understanding of safeguarding in line with school requirements.
If you do not currently hold an Enhanced DBS or require safeguarding training, we can support you with the process and provide guidance on how to obtain this.
